Do What It Says!
Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. James 1:22

Brother. I definitely need to be reminded of this at times!
Especially the Lord’s words in Matthew 7:21
Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
The kingdom of heaven is not a matter of intellectual understanding or eloquent speaking, but of a life lived out in demonstration of the Spirit’s power. It is one thing to talk it, but a completely different thing to walk it!
I heard a preacher say this once, and it has stuck with me... Do you know what your profession of Jesus Christ counts for? Absolutely nothing! If what I profess and what I live don't line up, then am I living in the truth?
